✉️ TOP STORIES (WITH OUR INSIGHTS)
📊 Microost Loop Gets Trello Integration
Microsoft users with a Business or School account can now import Trello boards into Microsoft Loop.
Full Story and Our Insights:
Microsoft has announced the integration of Trello with Microsoft Loop, addressing one of the most requested features. This integration allows users to keep their tasks organized, their team aligned, and their data in sync within one collaborative workspace.
To add a Trello board in Loop, type /trello and select Trello.
Click Proceed in the dialog box.
Click Log in at the bottom of the popup.
Once you’ve logged in, Click Allow at the bottom.
Select a board and click Import.
Once imported, users can interact with the Trello board by dragging and dropping cards, managing members and due dates, and opening cards in detail view.

All users with access to the Microsoft Loop page can view the imported Trello board, with real-time synchronization of changes made on either platform. Unauthenticated users or those without board access will have read-only permissions.
Additionally, Trello boards can be converted into Microsoft Loop components for use in other supported apps like Teams and Outlook, although they remain read-only in these apps.
There are some known limitations, such as the ability to import boards with a minimum of 1 card and a maximum of 200 cards. Furthermore, integration issues may arise if the Optional Connected Experience is not enabled or if the Atlassian admin console blocks third-party integrations.
This feature is currently unavailable for personal Microsoft accounts and requires an official work or school account.
🔄 Microsoft to Launch Dynamics 365 Contact Center
On July 1st, Microsoft will launch the Dynamics 365 Contact Center, leveraging Copilot's generative AI to enable context-aware customer interactions, intelligent routing to connect customers with the most suitable agents, and real-time reporting to enhance operational efficiency.

Microsoft's own Customer Service and Support team has already benefited from these advancements, seeing notable improvements such as a 12% reduction in average handle time for chat engagements and a 31% increase in first call resolution after adopting Microsoft's tools and Copilot technology.
The Dynamics 365 Contact Center integrates generative AI throughout its workflow, enhancing communication channels, self-service, intelligent routing, agent assistance, and operational efficiency. Key features include:
Next-generation self-service:
Utilizing advanced interactive voice response (IVR) and Microsoft's Copilot Studio, contact centers can offer personalized, context-aware interactions.Accelerated human-assisted service:
Intelligent routing directs customer inquiries to the most suitable agent, who then receives a comprehensive view of the customer with tools like sentiment analysis, conversation summaries, and task automation.Operational efficiency:
Generative AI-based real-time reporting helps service teams detect issues early, improve key performance indicators, and adapt swiftly.
Built on the Microsoft cloud, Dynamics 365 Contact Center ensures scalability and reliability while allowing organizations to maintain their existing CRM investments.
If your company offers customer support services, then adopting the Dynamics 365 Contact Center could be a game-changer by cutting waiting time, improving first call resolution rates, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through advanced AI-driven features.
🛠️ Microsoft Designer Gets New Sticker Creator
A new feature called “Sticker Creator” for Microsoft Designer allows users with a Personal Microsoft account to create stickers by entering plain text prompts.
Full Story and Our Insights:
Microsoft Designer has introduced a new feature called Sticker Creator, which allows users to generate customized stickers for various uses such as documents, invitations, posters, presentations, messaging apps, and social media posts.
Powered by the AI tool DALL-E, Sticker Creator enables users to create unique stickers simply by describing what they want, without needing any design skills.
To use Sticker Creator, users can follow these steps:
Sign in to Microsoft Designer Sticker Creator with a Personal Microsoft account (currently unavailable for Business accounts).
Describe the sticker in plain text and click “Generate.”
Download or copy and paste the generated sticker.
For example, to create a cute star sticker giving a thumbs-up, we entered, Cute star giving a thumbs-up with the words "good job" underneath.

The tool includes sample prompts to help users get started and encourages experimenting with different descriptions.
Although the tool occasionally produces misspelled words within sticker images due to DALL-E's limitations, users can easily recreate stickers to correct any errors.
Sticker Creator is currently available in English and will support additional languages soon.
