Toggle on “Use my Microsoft 365 account.” (4)

Click “Sync settings” in the dialogue box to confirm.
Finally, you will be prompted to “Restart Outlook.”

In Outlook online there’s another way to forward emails as attachments. Here’s how to do it:
First, select as many emails as you want to forward and right-click any of the selected emails. (1)
Select “Copy” in the popup menu. (2)

Now create a “New mail.” (1)
Then paste the copied emails into the main body of the email. (2)
