🔘 Toggle on/off Discover Feed in Teams
Microsoft Teams users can now toggle on/off the Discover feed in the “Teams” menu. The toggle can be found in the “General” tab in “Settings.”
Full Story and Our Insights:
The Discover feed in Microsoft Teams is designed to help you stay informed and engaged with the most relevant content. However, for users who want to declutter the Teams menu, you can now toggle the Discover feed on or off in Settings.
Note: This option is currently available for users with Public Preview, but will likely become generally available later this year.
To toggle the Discover feed on/off, follow these steps:
1) Click the three dots [1] in the top right and select “Settings.” [2]

2) In Settings, stay in the “General” [1] tab and click the toggle next to “Show Discover in your channel list.” [2]

🖊️ New Shape Drawing Feature for Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word now allows advanced shape drawing features, including easy resizing and rotation.
Full Story and Our Insights:
Word users have been able to make use of the “Ink to shape” tool for some time now, but there’s a new feature that makes it even easier to draw neat lines in Microsoft Word.
Like in OneNote, you can now sketch a rough shape, which then straightens automatically. Also, while continuing to hold down the click, you can drag the shape out or in to change the scale, or even rotate.
Here’s how:
1) Head to the “Draw” tab. [1]
2) Select a pen. [2]

3) Draw a rough shape, and hold down the click until the lines straighten.
4) While holding down the click, drag out or in to change the scale, or drag around to change the rotation.

🔤 Change the Language in Microsoft Teams
You can change the language in Microsoft Teams via the “Appearance and Accessibility” tab in “Settings.”
Full Story and Our Insights:
Microsoft Teams might initially display in the wrong language due to default system settings, location-based defaults, organizational configurations, or retained settings from previous users on shared devices.
As a result, users may want to change the language to suit their needs.
So, we’ve created a video to guide you through the steps on how to change the language in Microsoft Teams:
🕟 AI CREATES THE ULTIMATE BLOG PROMPT!?
There are many so-called “AI experts” online these days, offering advice on how to create the perfect prompt.
However, it turns out that the true expert in crafting prompts might just be AI itself!
We decided to test this by asking ChatGPT to generate the ideal prompt for transforming a single theme into a compelling blog post.
Simply provide your theme, and the AI will create an engaging and well-structured post on that topic.
To see this in action, we used the AI-generated prompt with the theme “sustainable living,” and the results were impressive!
Here’s what AI recommends as the “perfect prompt” for generating a blog post:
Theme: [Enter theme here]. Instructions: Write a detailed and engaging blog post based on the theme provided. Structure the post with the following elements: 1. Introduction: Introduce the theme in a clear and concise manner (2-3 sentences). Explain why the theme is relevant and important, keeping the introduction brief (2-3 sentences). 2. Main Body: Divide the post into several sections, each with a clear heading. Ensure each section includes practical tips, real-life examples, and relevant statistics. Potential sections may include: Overview and significance of the theme. Practical advice or tips. Challenges and solutions. Benefits and impact. Adapt the sections as needed based on the theme. 3. Conclusion: Summarize the key points discussed. Encourage specific actions or reflections from the reader. Include a call to action, inviting readers to engage further with the content. Style and Tone: Maintain an informative yet approachable tone. Use a conversational style to engage readers effectively. Readability: Aim for a Flesch readability score of 60-70. Ensure paragraphs are short and easily digestible. Use bullet points or numbered lists for clarity where appropriate. Length: Approximately 1200-1500 words. Additional Instructions: Include relevant statistics and real-life examples. Ensure content is engaging and easy to follow.
